Nothing on this Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property of Tycho without our express written permission. Tycho's core technology and autonomy systems, including without limitation the Halley and Voyager product lines, are protected by applicable IP rights.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without prior written authorization from Tycho.
4. Export Controls and Security
Tycho AI develops technology for national security applications. Use of this Site and any information contained herein is subject to applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. Parts 120-130, and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 C.F.R. Parts 730-774.
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

Unauthorized disclosure of export-controlled or controlled unclassified information (CUI) is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.
5. Government Rights
If you are accessing this Site on behalf of the U.S. Government, you acknowledge that Tycho's products and technologies are developed exclusively at private expense and constitute commercial items, commercial computer software, and commercial computer software documentation as defined in FAR 2.101 and DFARS 252.227-7014. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in DFARS 252.227-7015 and FAR 52.227-19, as applicable.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT THEREON ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TYCHO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Tycho does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Tycho does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content on the Site.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TYCHO AI INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, ADVISORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF TYCHO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TYCHO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, Tycho's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tycho AI Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site.

Tycho does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tycho AI Inc. with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether oral or written.
